Sepin99 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Guide

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the sepin99 platform at sepin99.my, you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use sepin99's services.

You are solely responsible for the security of your sepin99 account and password. This includes all activity carried out using your login credentials, whether by you or any other party.

• Never share your sepin99 password or login details with anyone, including family members.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit — DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, or FPX.
• Standard processing time is between 15 to 30 minutes for requests approved during business hours.
• Withdrawals requiring KYC verification (identity verification) may take up to 24 hours.
• Each account is permitted a maximum of three withdrawal requests per day.
• Accounts with an outstanding bonus rollover requirement cannot make any withdrawals until that requirement has been fully met.

• All game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed. An independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) is used for all slot and digital table games.
• For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, even if the odds change thereafter.

• Owning or operating more than one sepin99 account for any reason.
• Using third-party software, automated bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to exploit the game system or manipulate the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Making or receiving payments related to a sepin99 account through unauthorised third parties.

You may also close your sepin99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before the closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to your original payment method within 3 business days.

• Accounts terminated due to serious violations will not be eligible for any refund of balances or bonuses.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM5, or up to the remaining balance, whichever is lower.
• Players whose accounts are terminated due to violations will not be permitted to re-register with sepin99.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Decisions made based on promotional information that has expired or is no longer valid.

Sepin99's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount of the most recent deposit made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
